The fine print for our appointments

Advance payment

To secure your appointment with us, we ask for a deposit within 7 days of your booking request. The amount of the deposit depends on the appointment format:

• €200 for follow-up appointments (on-site or online)
• €400 for initial appointments (on-site or online)
• €600 for day appointments

You will receive an invoice from us. Simply transfer the deposit to the specified account – this will secure your appointment.

Payment

The remaining amount for your treatment can be paid on site in cash.

Invoices

Unsere Rechnungen werden auf Grundlage des GebüH, Gebührenverzeichnis für Heilpraktiker, erstellt. Dabei können wir weder erstattungsfähige Maximalbeträge berücksichtigen noch übernehmen wir jegliche Verantwortung für die Erstattung unserer Rechnungen durch Krankenversicherungen.

Appointment cancellation

Cancellation of your appointment is possible up to 28 days before the appointment without further costs for you. Your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 28 days of your first appointment with us, the deposit is non-refundable as compensation for our efforts and replacement if the reserved time is not used.
