The fine print for our appointments

Advance payment

Your appointment booking with us is considered confirmed by us when you have made a deposit of 200€ per booked day within 7 days after booking request. A corresponding invoice will be sent to you. The deposit can be made via bank transfer or paypal.

Payment

The remaining amount for your treatment can be paid on site in cash.

Invoices

Unsere Rechnungen werden auf Grundlage des GebüH, Gebührenverzeichnis für Heilpraktiker, erstellt. Dabei können wir weder erstattungsfähige Maximalbeträge berücksichtigen noch übernehmen wir jegliche Verantwortung für die Erstattung unserer Rechnungen durch Krankenversicherungen.

Appointment cancellation

Cancellation of your appointment is possible up to 28 days before the appointment without further costs for you. Your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 28 days of your first appointment with us, the deposit is non-refundable as compensation for our efforts and replacement if the reserved time is not used.
